Ways to reduce the size of a PowerPoint file
First: Minimize the size of images within the view
1- Open the presentation you want to minimize
2- Choose an image
3- A menu will appear Coordinate At the top of the screen > Click on Photo compression
4. Cancel the determination of TApply to this image only
5. Ensure that Delete cropped areas for images (Note that if you choose this option, the cropped areas will be deleted and you will not be able to restore the image to its original state)
6. Selecting The right resolution for your offer Then click on OK
Secondly : Reduce the default display resolution
1- Go to the File > Click Options > Advanced options
2- Within the size and quality of the image, make sure to choose Ignore data editing
3- Uncheck Images in the file are not compressed
4. In an option Default resolution Choose the right resolution for your display
5- Press OK
Third: Eliminate the inclusion of lines across the width
1- Go to the File > Click Options > Save
2- To ensure accuracy when sharing this presentation, uncheck the Include fonts in the file
3- If you need to share the file, you can Choose to include only the characters used in the presentation Note that this choice will limit the editing possibilities for other file users who do not have the same font installed on their computers.
5- Press OK
IV: If there are audio or video files in the display
1- From the File menu > Info > Choose Media Compression
2- Choosing the right quality (premium, high quality or standard)

V : Convert presentation to PDF
1- Go to the File > Click Save as
2- Select the file type PDF(*.pdf)
3 - Press Save
