A common problem that arises when printing PowerPoint slides on A4 paper is that the slides fill the entire screen in PowerPoint, but when printing the presentation, you get a white border around the edges. Why? This is due to the difference between the dimensions of the slide and the dimensions of the paper used for printing!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Print a PowerPoint presentation without borders or white margins:<\/u><\/b><\/h4>\n

The solution is to readjust the slide dimensions to match the page as shown:<\/u><\/b><\/h4>\n
1. from the list of\u00a0Design > Chip Size > Custom Chip Size\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n

2-\u00a0<\/b>Choosing Custom<\/b>> Change width and height<\/b> According to the page dimensions used in printing<\/div>\n

3- Readjust the dimensions of the slide (width and height) to match the dimensions of the page used for printing (the page dimensions are shown in the image).<\/div>\n

4- Determine Vertical or horizontal<\/b>\u00a0Based on the orientation of the page you want to print<\/div>\n

5. Enlarge<\/b> or Ensuring containment<\/b> (You can specify) Enlarge <\/b>To make the most of the available space or choose Ensuring containment<\/b> To ensure the content is appropriate for the vertical page.<\/div>\n

6- List File<\/b>> print <\/b>Choosing Printer features<\/b> > Select Page size used in printing<\/b><\/div>\n

7- Some printers also have a \u201cmargin\u201d option that you can adjust.<\/div>\n
