Sometimes, the shape you want is not included in the default shapes. When this happens, you can modify the shapes to get a new shape, as we will mention in this article. .<\/span><\/p>\n

First: Union of forms<\/u><\/b><\/h4>\n
1- Select the shapes, then from the Shape Format menu<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
2- Merge shapes > Select union<\/div>\n
3- \u201cUnion\u201d is used to transform a group of shapes into a single shape<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Second: Combining the shapes<\/u><\/b><\/h4>\n
1- Select the shapes, then from the Shape Format menu<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
2- Merge shapes > Select Merge<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
3- The \u201cjoin\u201d is used to convert a group of shapes into a single shape, but with the intersecting parts deleted (!)<\/div>\n
(!) The intersecting part is deleted only if there is an even number of intersecting shapes in this part. .<\/div>\n

Third: Segmentation of shapes<\/u><\/b><\/h4>\n
1- Select the shapes, then from the Shape Format menu<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
2- Merge shapes > Select segmentation<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
3- \u201cSegmentation\u201d is used to transform intersecting parts into separate shapes<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Fourth: Intersection of shapes<\/u><\/b><\/h4>\n
1- Select the shapes, then from the Shape Format menu<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
2- Merging Shapes > Selecting Intersection<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
3- The \u201cintersection\u201d is used to find the common part between all the shapes<\/div>\n

Fifth: Presenting the shapes<\/u><\/b><\/h4>\n
1- Select the shapes, then from the Shape Format menu<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
2- Merging Shapes > Selecting Subtraction<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
3- The \u201csubtraction\u201d function is used to delete the intersecting part of the shape that was first selected along with the other shapes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

4- The result varies according to the order in which the shapes were chosen; here, the triangle was chosen first.<\/div>\n
