Steps to convert from PPT to PDF using PowerPoint:
1. from the list of File > Save Select (pdf*) from the list, then choose Save then File location
2- It is also possible to choose More options, then press Options For more control over what will be converted from the PowerPoint presentation to the PDF file, such as the slides to be displayed or the comments and notes, as shown in the image.
