The first method

Select the item. Right-click, then select an option from the following:

Bringing to the forefront To move the element to the top layer

Bring it forward To move the element up by one layer

Send to background To move the element to the lower layer

Bring it forward To move the item down by one layer

Second method

Use the "Selection pane" to find or move an item:

If the element is hidden behind other elements, select Main bar > Selection > Selection pane.

In the selection pane, drag an item to rearrange the items.
