Change the format or background color of slides in PowerPoint
You can fill the background of a PowerPoint slide with a color or image and apply it to all slides.

To do this, follow these steps:
1. from the list of design Select background format. (or You can right-click inside the slide and select Background formatting
2- Specify Pure filling To select a specific color
3- Specify Gradual filling To choose more than one color
4- Image filling To add an image to the background (you can choose from the default images within the program or choose Insert and then select an image from your computer's file)
5- Filling the pattern To select a default pattern consisting of two different colors that can be changed
6- Select the "Apply to All" option to use the formatting across all slides
