Record computer screen with PowerPoint

Recording your computer screen using PowerPoint

You can record your computer screen and associated audio, then insert it into a slide or you can save it as a video file.

1- Open the slide where you want to insert the computer screen recording.
2. from the list of Insert Select Screen recording.
3- A control window will appear at the top of the screen
  • Registration indicator: Controlling the appearance of the mouse cursor by registering
  • voice: To control microphone audio recording
  • Defining the area To select the screen area you want to record
  • registration :Tap Record to start screen recording

4- If the control window does not appear, make sure that the microphone is enabled in Windows settings.
5- Click on registration (Shortcut: Windows + Shift + S).
6- When finished, press Stop To stop registration  (Shortcut: Windows + Shift + Q).
7- To save the video, select the video, right-click, and select Save media as…..
8- The video can also be saved in this way as a list. File < Choose Save As Select *.MP4 MPEG-4 Video from the drop-down menu, then select Save
